The support, supervision and networking evenings sometimes includes a Speaker Spotlight 20min talk by a group practitioner.
These evening are an ideal opportunity to meet practitioners from a variety of fields. There is time to get to know each other and gain better understandings of each others professions.
It’s a great place to get some support and advice (as most of us work alone). Making contact with practitioners who may be able to help your clients in ways that you cannot, is also an aim of these evenings.

‘ Light, Rest and Movement’
Some quick tips on how to look after your vision and some background on the Bates Method of vision improvement. Learn how to pay more attention to your visual system – using various techniques, including light, movement, rest, memory and imagination to stimulate the eyes and the brain. Relevant to all ages and vision issues.
Sally is a profession member of BAVE – Bates Association of Vision Education www.seeing.org and is also an Alexander Technique Teacher, MSTAT www.stat.org.uk

I will give an introduction to Bach Flower Remedies, explaining a little about the background of the Bristish physician, Dr.Edward Bach and how the remedies are made and some of their uses. I’ll also talk about the most popular remedies purchased in the UK. I am very happy to answer any questions on the flower remedies so if anyone has any specific issues or questions about them, please bring them along. There will be an opportunity to purchase a treatment bottle at a cost of £5 and I will also have a some books available to buy for £3.50.
